Who we are
Kanfire is operated by Usercoded Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16248572. Its registered office is 18 Temple Avenue, York, England, YO10 3RT. Email hello@kanfire.com with privacy questions.
Information processed by the tools
The five Phase 1 tools perform their core processing locally in your browser. Kanfire does not receive, store or inspect values entered into them. Your browser, device, clipboard and extensions remain outside our control.
Information we may receive
If you email us, we receive your address, message and information you include. We use it to respond, operate the service and keep appropriate business records, retaining it only as long as reasonably needed.
Hosting and security providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, timestamps and errors to deliver and protect the site.
Advertising, analytics and cookies
Kanfire uses Google AdSense. Where required, Google’s certified consent platform asks whether advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies and process data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and personalisation.
Kanfire also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page use and interactions so that the site and its tools can be improved. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only where the visitor’s consent choice permits it. Kanfire does not send the contents entered into developer tools—such as JSON, tokens, identifiers or encoded data—to Analytics.
If consent is not given, Google may show limited or non-personalised advertising where permitted. Applicable partners, purposes and retention information are available through Manage options.
Legal bases and sharing
Depending on the activity, we process information to provide the service, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing Kanfire, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests, or on the basis of consent. Information is shared only with providers needed to host, secure or monetise Kanfire, when required by law, or during a legitimate corporate transaction.
International processing
Google and other providers may process information outside the UK using recognised safeguards where applicable. Details are available through the consent interface and provider privacy information.
Your rights
UK law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact hello@kanfire.com or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
